win111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including hedging bets, minimum-risk play or opposing strategies, may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.

Game Rules

All games available on the win111 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and other games — are subject to their respective game rules which can be found on each game.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• Any technical interruption during a game will be handled in accordance with win111 policy on system disruptions.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be withdrawn or modified.
• win111 reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances such as live broadcast errors or inaccurate information used in odds-setting.

For sports betting and sportsbook, odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. win111 is not responsible for losses arising from odds changes prior to bet confirmation.

Prohibition on Multiple Accounts

Each user is only permitted to have one win111 account. Opening more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these Terms.

• All multiple accounts will be suspended and balances and winnings may be forfeited.

User Responsibilities

The maximum total liability of win111 to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering activity.
• Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified period.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting win111 customer support. Valid balances will be refunded according to standard procedures, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.
